Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is received.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail and other trusted couriers.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information (if applicable). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated timeframe:

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. ShopDMB is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
