Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Order Tracking

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated timeframe:

Double-check your tracking information.
Confirm the shipping address provided at checkout.
Check with your local Royal Mail delivery office or neighbours in case it’s been delivered nearby.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. ShopDMB is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
